MY BEGINNING
My journey began as a fertility coach. When going through my own fertility journey, I couldn't believe how much I didn't know and was shocked to realize how much wasn't taught to women trying to conceive. Right then and there I made it my mission to make sure women had all the support they needed to become pregnant.
Through many avenues and companies large and small, I've worked in the health and wellness industry for almost 18 years. Then I discovered my true passion when menopause came knocking on my door. My passion for getting info into your hands so you’re empowered through your ‘change’ is the "why" of starting this biz. No one needs to suffer through menopause, including you!
MY MISSION
I’ve made it my mission to make sure women like you have all the REAL info needed to ease their menopause symptoms, prevent diseases like osteoporosis, dementia, and heart disease, and feel comfortable in their own skin again.
Up until now, there’s been no “course” on how to go through the change, but I’m here to say it's possible to do it with Biggie “style and grace”.
MY VISION
I’m committed to creating safe spaces to maximize a graceful midlife transition. My programs and 1:1 coaching are designed to meet each woman exactly where they are and provide a clear pathway for a smooth menopause experience.
And keep an eye out for a future that will hold retreats and more to explore and heal together! For now, I’ll see you in the Meno-Mentorship Program coming up in 2023.
